Some years back I found some valuable information about cycling and diabetes. A study was done and they discovered that people who cycled consistently reduced the possibility of ever developing diabetes. Here we are talking about 20%.

Numbers reduced when people rode their bikes to work. My experience has been that my blood pressure and sugar are better controlled when I ride consistently for at least five days. Anything less than this only boosts my energy and leaves me feeling generally happy.

The truth be told, it is indeed possible to change our lifestyle and control or even reverse diabetes. I am doing so every single day of my life. True, it is not easy, because we must rid ourselves of our old habits, but it can be done. I simply get up when I fall, brush off the dust and go again.

Weight loss has not been an easy one for me, but the dietary changes and the fact that I am finally exercising now is making a huge difference.
